8th Annual Red Party for AIDS Charity Auction: Donations Needed!

Pride Lafayette and Aspire Indiana are partnering regionally to obtain auction items for the 8th Annual Red Party for AIDS, which is a statewide fundraiser for HIV/AIDS prevention services and assistance.

A third of the proceeds are donated to Indiana AIDS Fund for HIV prevention services throughout Indiana; one-third is used for HIV prevention services targeting at-risk youth; and one-third is used for grocery store gift cards for low-income families impacted by HIV/AIDS.

Donations of artwork, antiques, trips, gift certificates, and any other item that can be auctioned during the fundraiser, are appreciated. Bring your items to the Pride Lafayette Community Center during normal Center hours and fill out a donation slip, which we will provide. All donations are tax deductible; items must be received by Monday, November 1.

The Red Party for AIDS Charity Auction and Fundraiser will be held Friday, November 19, at Old National Bank in Downtown Evansville, IN, starting at 7 p.m. Tickets to the event are $40 per person, and can be purchased either by sending a check or money order to TSA Red Party, PO Box 2901, Evansville, IN 47728, or by paying online at www.TSAGL.org/donations.html.
